Private Client Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our team in Chichester. As a key member of our Private Client team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake fee-earning work, working independently and as part of the team, to provide a profitable contribution to the department.
  • Ensure tasks and clients are dealt with promptly, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies and regulations.
  • Maintain existing client relationships and assist in developing new ones.
  • Conduct private client and related matters on behalf of clients.
  • Draft Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and deal with Trust and Estate Administration, Court of Protection, and Inheritance Tax Planning.
  • Manage support services, including assistants and secretaries.
Requirements:
  • Experience working as a Solicitor or Legal Executive / Fee Earner.
  • Private Client experience in Wills, Trusts, Lasting Power of Attorney, and Trust and Estate Administration.
  • Excellent client-facing skills and ability to nurture existing clients and third-party relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize work and work to strict timescales.
  • Technical proficiency and good IT skills.
