In the role of Construction Operative, you will be integral to our Property Services team, facilitating the smooth execution of maintenance operations for various properties across different projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform tasks at height while adhering to safety protocols.
- Excavate pits, trenches, and foundations in preparation for construction activities.
- Assist with site setup and cleanup operations.
- Backfill trenches and pits as required.
- Provide general labor support to specialized teams as necessary.
Required Skills and Experience
- Familiarity with tools and equipment, including the ability to manage toolkits.
- Demonstrated punctuality and reliability.
- Strong teamwork skills and a solid work ethic.
- Experience in social housing is advantageous.
- A valid UK Driving Licence is essential.
