We are seeking a talented Counter Manager to lead our team of Sales Advisors and drive business results. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for creating and executing business plans, developing and coaching team members, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Sales Advisors
  • Create and execute business plans to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and sales performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

About You:

  • Proven retail management experience in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
