We are seeking a talented Counter Manager to lead our team of Sales Advisors and drive business results. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for creating and executing business plans, developing and coaching team members, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Sales Advisors
- Create and execute business plans to drive sales growth and customer engagement
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and sales performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

About You:
- Proven retail management experience in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
- Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
- Experience of creating and executing in-store events
