Job Details

The Music Market, a global media company, is seeking a skilled Digital Artworker to join their global recruitment marketing team in Europe. This is a three-month temporary booking opportunity with a hybrid working pattern, requiring a minimum of two days per week in their London office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain consistent and on-brand assets across paid, owned, and earned activations.
  • Deliver high-quality artworks for all digital outputs, utilizing attention to detail and data-driven insights.
  • Roll out campaign and evergreen assets across various channels and touchpoints to a range of sizes.
  • Support project teams in delivering content and full-funnel briefs.
  • Ensure content is optimized for multiple channels, with editing and shaping to meet brand guidelines.
  • Support assets with light image retouching and color correction as needed.
  • Maintain high standards across assets and apply brand guidelines consistently.
  • Ensure all collateral factors in the channel type and collaborate with partnering teams to understand channel limitations.
  • Adapt visuals and designs to various assets, formats, and specifications.
  • Produce digital banners, website headers, and email headers using toolkits and templates.
  • Assist in editing videos, adding and animating logos, headlines, subtitles, and CTAs.
  • Meet specifications, including dimensions, file exports restrictions, and clearance zones.
  • Deliver artwork on time.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of design fundamentals, covering layout, typography, iconography, and photography.
  • Excellent proficiency in Photoshop, using artboards, and Illustrator for creating and editing icons.
  • Highly competent user of XD for prototyping.
  • Video editing skills in After Effects or Final Cut Pro are desirable.
  • Good understanding of digital design for excellent asset creation.
  • Understanding of the limitations and capabilities of digital assets across numerous devices.
  • Display advertising experience is desirable.
  • Willingness to drive efficient processes.
  • Organized and efficient approach to work.
