Our mission is to inspire physical fitness and enhance wellbeing through strength-based Pilates, and we are seeking experienced Reformer Pilates Instructors who share our passion and values.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our team. As a Reformer Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for leading classes of up to 10 participants and providing a positive and encouraging approach to teaching.

You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, including those who are new to Pilates and those who are looking to take their practice to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach Reformer Pilates classes to clients of varying fitness levels
  • Develop and lead strength-based Pilates classes
  • Assist with check-ins and answer questions from clients
  • Foster a positive and supportive community among clients
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date with the latest Pilates techniques and methodologies
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of group Reformer Pilates teaching experience
  • Previous experience as a Personal Trainer is highly desirable
  • Energetic, positive, and motivational attitude towards teaching
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
