Linsco is seeking a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing costs for new build residential developments. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of build costs and rates, attending specification meetings, and compiling tender packages. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Estimator to ensure all records are current and accurate. Additionally, they will be responsible for attending site pre-start meetings, receiving construction issue drawings, and determining build and sales strategy. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will also be responsible for compiling and presenting tender summaries, as well as coordinating the activities of the Material Buyer and Company Estimator. If you have a strong background in cost management and a passion for residential development, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Maintain accurate records of build costs and rates
* Attend specification meetings to confirm site-specific requirements
* Compile tender packages for sub-contract trades
