What a typical day entails

  • Oversee a portfolio of corporate clients, providing expert advice on Group Risk and benefits.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to improve service delivery, ensure account renewal and retention, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Evaluate clients' employee benefits requirements, analyze outcomes, and offer recommendations for service improvement.
  • Spot revenue-generating opportunities for existing clients and collaborate with other Aon teams to expand our service offerings, strengthening internal and external relationships.
  • Ensure client profitability by delivering services that meet client expectations within existing revenue parameters.
  • Drive revenue growth within your portfolio in alignment with business objectives.
  • Achieve necessary technical expertise; remain updated on relevant knowledge through literature, events, and training.
  • Comply with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, ensuring adherence to company policies and contributing to risk management efforts.

In this role, you will engage with an established client base while assisting the Sales Team in pursuing new business ventures. You will work alongside our extensive internal network of leaders, brokers, and client service teams.

  • Prior experience in the Large Corporate Group Risk Market is essential.
