Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a variety of cases, including health and safety, environmental, motor, food, fire, and product safety matters.
  • Work closely with our Partner to prepare legal bundles, liaise with experts, and attend trials.
  • Contribute to business development through training, networking, and mentoring.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including corporate clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in criminal law and procedures.
Requirements
  • Qualified lawyer (Solicitor or Barrister) with a background in regulatory or inquest work.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in sensitive client interactions.
  • Confidence in handling complex legal matters.
  • Ability to contribute to business development.
  • Full clean driving license and knowledge of criminal law and procedures.

We offer agile working, with the expectation of two days per week in our West Midlands office. Core working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, but some flexibility is required to meet client needs and court deadlines.
