Job Title: Senior CRM Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Data Analyst to join our team. As a Senior CRM Data Analyst, you will be responsible for working with large amounts of data on a daily basis and delivering analysis to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with senior stakeholders to understand drivers behind core business trends
  • Model potential scenarios from significant business changes, including regulatory, commercial strategy, or product changes
  • Attribute the value of commercial action as part of a regular review of value creation
  • Lead on larger, strategic pieces of analysis within the UK Analytics team
  • Manage timelines to ensure senior stakeholders are aware of key deliverables
  • Presentation of insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Deliver within a highly organised, documented, and auditable environment
Requirements:
  • High level of using SQL and Excel (Python or R is also desirable) to manipulate data and present findings
  • Demonstrable experience delivering analytics and presenting to senior stakeholders with the ability to turn complex insights into a compelling story
  • Experience independently driving projects to a successful conclusion
  • Excellent organisation, interpersonal, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills
