Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct independent airworthiness assurance activities related to design certification, ensuring compliance with safety and qualification standards for various programs.
  • Act as the primary airworthiness contact for coordinating flight limitations with design teams, operational departments, and external clients.
  • Develop and issue Flight Certification documentation for both military and export aircraft.
  • Address emergent flight safety concerns for development aircraft, leading to the creation of necessary Flight Safety Procedures.
  • Support the ongoing enhancement of flight and design certification processes within the organization.
  • Represent airworthiness interests in project meetings, including those with external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Expertise in aircraft avionic and mechanical systems design, along with aerodynamic principles.
  • Familiarity with design configuration control and airworthiness processes.
  • Experience in analytical methods for establishing integrated flight limitations.
