About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as an Employment Advisor. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, goals, and aspirations, and provide personalized support to help them overcome barriers to employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, tailored support to clients to help them achieve their employment goals.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective action plans to address clients' barriers to employment.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to clients to help them develop the skills and confidence needed to secure employment.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and outcomes.
