Position Overview:

Compensation:
Starting salary around £50,000 plus additional benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidates will:
  • Report directly to the Shift Engineering Team Leader.
  • Deliver a high-quality engineering service to the team.
  • Respond promptly to engineering demands.
  • Maintain equipment proactively and reactively to meet departmental performance targets.
  • Enhance equipment availability and performance to achieve operational efficiency metrics.

Qualifications Required:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
  • A background as a time-served engineer in either mechanical or electrical disciplines.
  • Relevant qualifications such as BTEC, City and Guilds, or NVQ Level 3.
  • Experience in service, maintenance, and repair of diverse machinery.
  • Strong self-motivation and problem-solving capabilities.
