Cubis Systems is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Automation Engineer to join our team at our Tallington site. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in identifying, developing, and implementing operational and transactional performance improvement and automation projects to enhance customer service, reduce manufacturing costs, and minimize lead times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for automation and AI integration.
  • Conceptualize, develop, and install automation solutions.
  • Implement lean principles and process improvements through standard work and maintenance of ERP system data.
  • Provide technical support for project and NPI implementations.
  • Support all engineering-related activities as required by the Engineering Director.
Requirements:
  • Automation design and installation experience.
  • Robotic systems design, programming, and implementation.
  • Lean manufacturing concepts and implementation.
  • Experience in project management.
  • High-level IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office suite, Adobe Pro, and digital communications tools.
