About the Role

Agility Resourcing is working with a long-established client who is seeking a Purchase Ledger Manager / Supervisor for an initial 3-month contract.

This opportunity would suit someone with Purchase Ledger experience who has managed a small team in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the purchase ledger team and be responsible for the purchase ledgers themselves.
  2. Drive efficiencies within the purchase ledger process, including automation where possible.
  3. Prepare month-end reports and provide commentary on purchase ledger positions.
  4. Manage and assist purchase ledger team members as required, monitoring their outputs.
  5. Integrate other group companies into the main finance function.
  6. Work with the sales ledger manager to reconcile intercompany balances and agree on clearing off.
  7. Process invoices, credit notes, and supplier statement reconciliations when cover is required.
