- Product Backlog: Create and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features, user stories, and tasks.
- Education: Degree in Design Engineering, Computer Sciences, or similar.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Digital Product Owner on at least one or more of mobile, web, desktop, or embedded software.
- Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding of product development principles and Agile methodologies.
- Tools and Technology: Experienced using Atlassian tools (JIRA, Agile/Scrum, Confluence).
- Leadership: Previous leadership experience, with a track record of leading and inspiring design teams to achieve excellence.
- UX Design: Experience in understanding UX design and user-centered principles.
- Communication: Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Holiday: 25 days holiday (increases by 1 day every year and is unlimited).
- Hybrid Working: Hybrid working arrangement.
- Annual Increase: Annual increase (inflation plus 2.5%).
- Working Hours: 37.5 hour week, working Mondays to Fridays (flexi time).
