Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate care to patients, their families, and visitors during their time in the department.
- Serve as a chaperone in accordance with established protocols.
- Assist in the movement of patients within examination areas.
- Utilize the Radiology Information System (RIS) to document patient interactions accurately.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare providers, including Radiographers, Nurses, and Consultants.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the Radiology Department.

- Possess knowledge of Radiology systems (RIS, PACS, IEP, Patient Database).

- Previous experience in customer service, preferably with administrative duties.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with various stakeholders.
