We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Pool Worker to join our team at Hestia. As a Pool Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who are at risk of offending, providing them with the tools and resources they need to rebuild their lives and achieve independence.

• Model Pro-Social Behaviour: You will be responsible for modelling positive behaviour and attitudes, helping to create a culture of respect within the service.
• Engage with Residents: You will actively engage with residents, providing opportunities for them to participate in activities and receive support.
• Contribute to Sentence Plan: You will work with colleagues to deliver the sentence plan, ensuring that residents receive the support they need to achieve their goals.
• Provide Admin Support: You will provide administrative support to colleagues, including preparing and facilitating rehabilitative activities.
• Ensure Health and Safety: You will be responsible for maintaining the health, safety, and security of the Approved Premises, ensuring that residents and staff are protected.
• Monitor Well-being: You will monitor the well-being of residents, using a range of methods to identify and address any concerns.
• Maintain Confidentiality: You will ensure that all information is kept confidential, in line with Hestia's policies and procedures.
