Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Smart Meter Installation Specialist to join our team at Octopus Energy. As a key member of our Services team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining smart meters in customers' homes, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain smart meters in domestic properties
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to customers
  • Work collaboratively with the office team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Utilize handheld terminals and other company tools to complete tasks
  • Meet performance targets and contribute to the success of the team

Requirements:

  • MOCoPA - at least 1ph WC
  • Gas Safe CCN1/MET1 or CMA1/MET1 (or equivalent)
  • Excellent people skills and a dynamic approach to smart metering
  • Previous experience in domestic dual-fuel metering
  • The ability to use a handheld terminal
  • A flexible working approach
  • Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
