We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Project Manager to join our team at Cavendish Professionals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects in the civil and construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain responsibility for the commercial performance of the project
  • Be responsible for the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Prepare and manage RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement) and supervise their delivery
  • Comply with Health & Safety policy and defined standards and processes when managing and delivering projects, undertake risk assessments, report incidents, accidents, and near misses where appropriate

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Project Manager, Agent, or Sub Agent, or a similar role
  • CSCS and SMSTS certifications
  • Relevant experience within water, civils, piling, and utilities sectors
  • Degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field
