Position Overview

The role of the Field Service Engineer demands a highly skilled professional to conduct service operations on busbar products at client locations. The Engineer will engage directly with quality assurance teams, end users, contractors, and sales personnel to guarantee that all on-site products are functioning correctly and are thoroughly tested before system activation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule service appointments with end users and contractors.
  • Assist the Sales team in providing service quotes and educating clients on available service options.
  • Offer Project Management assistance for installations.
  • Implement a System Startup checklist during customer site visits.
  • Complete a startup certification report and a meter commissioning report, utilizing provided templates to input necessary data.
  • Travel to client locations to deliver installation training presentations, incorporating both PowerPoint slides and practical demonstrations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Current experience as a field service technician.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in field service roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
  • Strong knowledge of busbar systems.
