Job Overview

As an Inventory Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring effective inventory control and analysis for the Ashby site. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate inventory records, monitor inventory levels, and develop strategies to maximize value and minimize discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure accurate inventory records and minimize stock discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify potential stock shortages and excess stock.
  • Analyze sales forecasts and provide insights to inform supply chain planning.
  • Implement processes to flag potential issues before inventory is replenished.
  • Work with the demand planning team to ensure adherence to schedule in production scheduling and On Time Delivery to customers.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Previous experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and JDE ERP systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
