Job Title: Retail Shop Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Shop Manager to join our team at Morrison's Daily. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for driving the commercial performance of the store, fostering a customer-centric ethos, and leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to boost revenue and drive business growth.
- Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain operational excellence.
- Oversee inventory control, merchandising strategies, and store aesthetics to optimize profitability.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and standards while creating a safe and welcoming store environment.
- Develop efficient administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in fast-paced retail, convenience, or hospitality settings.
- Proven track record in identifying and nurturing talent within teams.
- Proficient in coaching and inspiring teams towards shared objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships and fostering teamwork.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and adept problem-solving skills.
