About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of systems, machines, and equipment. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our clients' facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, machines, and equipment
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant electrical regulations and standards, including BS 7671 (IEE Wiring Regulations 18th Edition)
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and meet client requirements
  • Providing technical support and guidance to colleagues and clients
  • Conducting fault finding and troubleshooting to resolve electrical issues
Requirements
  • Fully qualified BS 7671 (IEE Wiring Regulations 18th Edition)
  • Experience working in an industrial environment
  • Experience in control and automation
  • Experience in building and modifying control panels
  • Knowledge of BS 60204 Electrical equipment of machines/control panels
  • Experience in fault finding and testing to BS7671
  • Ability to read schematic drawings
  • Flexible working within a team
  • Adaptability to periodic tight timescales
