We are seeking a skilled Gas Engineer - Void Surveyor to join our team at Liberty, a leading provider of heating and compliance services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for surveying void properties, undertaking servicing, repairing, and maintaining domestic heating systems, and participating in out-of-hours works.
Key Responsibilities:- Survey Void Properties: Conduct thorough surveys of void properties to identify necessary repairs and report back to the team.
- Heating System Maintenance: Undertake regular servicing, repairing, and maintenance of domestic heating systems to ensure they are functioning efficiently and safely.
- Out-of-Hours Works: Participate in out-of-hours works, including overtime, call-outs, and other duties as required.
- Additional Maintenance: Perform other maintenance works within your remit to ensure the smooth operation of our services.
- Qualifications: Hold recognized formal training and attain the relevant craft qualification, NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent.
