Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Fairview Gardens. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with varying needs, including anxiety, autism, and learning disabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to provide person-centred care, promoting independence, dignity, and respect for each individual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with varying needs, including anxiety, autism, and learning disabilities.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Encourage and support individuals to participate in activities that promote their physical and emotional wellbeing.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
