Senior Front-End Developer

At Initialize IT, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Developer to join our team of talented developers. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and skills in both Greenfield and ongoing projects in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Product Owner, Agile Lead, and team members to influence new development and drive project success.
  • Develop and evolve the front-end for our applications, ensuring performance and quality across different platforms.
  • Share knowledge and best practices within the organization, promoting a culture of innovation and growth.
  • Work closely with Java-based backend systems and service-oriented architecture, with a strong appreciation for TDD/BDD.
Requirements:
  • Passionate about front-end development, with a strong understanding of JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS, ReactJS, etc.).
  • Experience developing front-end clients/applications in a modular and extensible way, with a focus on performance and quality.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript testing and a strong appreciation for TDD/BDD.
  • Enjoy working in an agile/Kanban environment and have a strong desire to learn and grow.
