Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and service a range of light commercial vehicles.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and software to troubleshoot and resolve intricate issues.
- Keep precise records of all services performed and parts utilized.
- Effectively communicate with clients regarding vehicle concerns and repair suggestions.
- Comply with health and safety standards while maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
Essential Qualifications:
- Level 3 NVQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as an Automotive Service Technician.
- Strong technical acumen and problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to work efficiently and accurately in high-pressure situations.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid UK driving license.
