Job Title: Business and Sales Executive

Marble Talent Group Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business and Sales Executive to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities in the fire and security industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    • Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
    • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential opportunities across various sectors.
  • New Business Development:
    • Build relationships with key decision-makers and pitch service contracts for fire and security systems.
    • Understand the unique requirements of each client and propose tailored service solutions.
  • Sales Execution:
    • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
    • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly outline the value of our service contracts.
    • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and conditions while ensuring profitability.
  • Market Knowledge:
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fire and security industry standards, regulations, and technologies.
    • Stay informed about competitor offerings to position our services effectively.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM software.
    • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within the fire and security industry or a related sector.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling service contracts or solutions, with an understanding of fire alarm, security systems, and compliance requirements.
Skills:
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Package:
  • Salary up to £55,000 plus company car.
  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays.
