Business Development Manager

Marble Talent Group Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business and Sales Executive to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities in the fire and security industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential opportunities across various sectors.
- New Business Development:
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and pitch service contracts for fire and security systems.
- Understand the unique requirements of each client and propose tailored service solutions.
- Sales Execution:
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly outline the value of our service contracts.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and conditions while ensuring profitability.
- Market Knowledge:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fire and security industry standards, regulations, and technologies.
- Stay informed about competitor offerings to position our services effectively.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM software.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within the fire and security industry or a related sector.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling service contracts or solutions, with an understanding of fire alarm, security systems, and compliance requirements.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Salary up to £55,000 plus company car.
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays.
