The Internal and Change Communications team, part of the broader Marketing and Communications division, is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to primarily support the HR department in effective communication strategies. This role represents an organization with a diverse workforce.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in Internal Communications, with a keen understanding of how to tailor messages for various audiences. In a dynamic and complex environment, the candidate must quickly comprehend concepts and confidently lead internal communication initiatives.
Strong writing and technical abilities are essential for this position, as the candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content on behalf of the organization. Collaborating across multiple departments, including Customer and HR, professionalism and a helpful demeanor are crucial in all interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison for the HR department, ensuring that internal communication campaigns are strategic and impactful. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that essential messages are communicated effectively throughout the organization. Assist the broader Internal and Change Communications team in delivering content, including writing articles, managing company-wide communications, organizing in-person events, and producing multimedia content. Oversee the intranet, ensuring that content is engaging, accurate, and informative. Maintain detailed project plans and results, managing stakeholder expectations for activities and campaigns.What We Offer:
