Pybus Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled MET Technician to join their dynamic team in Lisburn. As a MET Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out mechanical and body work on allocated jobs, dismantling vehicles, and conducting inspections and diagnostic work. The ideal candidate will possess a robust knowledge of automotive repair techniques and demonstrate a meticulous approach to their work. Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out all necessary mechanical and body work on allocated jobs
  • Dismantling vehicles ready for the panel shop
  • Carrying out inspections, faultfinding, and diagnostic work
  • Ordering replacement parts
  • Reassembling the vehicle with new parts as required to pre-accident condition
Requirements About You
You must be able to:
  • Plan your workload effectively to ensure vehicles are ready to agreed timescales
  • Work skillfully and safely under pressure
  • Carry out work in accordance with manufacturers' specification
  • Work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision
  • Be flexible in your approach
  • Continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind
  • You will ensure that all tasks carried out follow our Health and Safety guidelines; for example, wearing all provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and keeping all work areas clean and tidy.
