The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at Calvin Klein in Cheshire Oaks. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of store operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets
  • Coach and develop your team to achieve their full potential
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives
  • Manage customer complaints and feedback to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in a premium or luxury brand
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed business decisions
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
