About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Arnold Clark. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help customers find the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for every customer
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through every step of the sales process
  • Sell the right sales package for the customer, including finance and servicing options
  • Coordinate the order and delivery of vehicles and ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Meet sales targets and customer experience standards
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, organization, and people skills
  • High energy and enthusiasm for sales and customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Full driving license held for a minimum of 1 year
