Job Opportunity: Transport Administrator

Temp Station Ltd is seeking a skilled Transport Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

  • Manage trailer pool allocation within the organization
  • Process sub-contractor invoices in a timely manner
  • Input internal invoices through the Transportation Management System (TMS) on a weekly basis
  • Ensure accurate data input in collaboration with the planning team and operations department
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the UK domestic customer database, handling bookings and queries
  • Invoice UK customer bookings upon job completion
  • Provide quotes to customers via phone and email
  • Offer holiday cover for the planning assistant as needed
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a transport environment required
