About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Manager to join our team at Claire's. As a 3rd Keyholder, you will play a key role in driving sales and achieving retail store targets. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Opening and closing the store in the absence of other management, ensuring the store trades safely and legally
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a fun and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers
  • Assisting with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions
  • Providing ear piercing services to customers, with full training provided
  • Ensuring the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Some high school education required
  • Minimum 1 year retail experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles
  • Sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills
  • Ability to stand during scheduled shifts
  • Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
  • Bending, stooping, extended reaching, climbing ladders and step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting customers
  • Ability to operate a POS system
