N-Compass is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advocacy Team Leader to join our team in Cumbria. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Multi Specialist Advocates and providing advocacy support to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Advocates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Work closely with professionals and families/carers to ensure the wishes, views, and rights of individuals are respected.
- Record data accurately and in a timely manner, using our systems to track progress and outcomes.
- Manage safeguarding situations in line with our policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a social care or advocacy setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Sound listening skills and the ability to empathize with individuals.
- Good IT skills, with experience of using databases and other systems to record and track data.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
