Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated General Manager to join our team at Appetite 4 Recruitment. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our flagship restaurant, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team, to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales growth
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies, to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
