Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated General Manager to join our team at Appetite 4 Recruitment. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our flagship restaurant, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing team, to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales growth
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies, to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and control costs, to ensure profitability and growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, to ensure high-quality products and services

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or Restaurant Operations Manager, with a strong track record of success
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
