We are seeking a highly skilled Java Cloud Engineer to join our team at VeeRteq Solutions Inc. As a Java Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient cloud-based applications using Java and AWS technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop cloud-based applications using Java and AWS technologies
  • Implement Java 8, J2EE, and related Java technologies
  • Develop and deploy RESTful APIs using Java Spring Boot and Spring Events
  • Work with Kafka and Postgres databases

  • Experience with DevOps practices, including Jenkins, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong understanding of design patterns and principles
  • Experience with Java Spring Boot, Spring Events, and Spring Core
  • Excellent expertise in Java 8 Multithreading and Microservices
  • Proficiency in Advanced SQL
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery process
  • Strong analytical and self-motivated skills
Top 3 Skills Required:
  • Java Spring Boot, Spring Events, REST API, Feign
  • AWS, Kafka, Jenkins, Docker, Postgres, Aurora
  • GraphQL, REST, GRPC
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in developing Java Spring Boot applications
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in working with REST APIs and Microservices
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in AWS ECS, S3, and Lambda function implementation
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in JUnit framework implementation
  • 8+ years of experience in Kafka and Postgres
