Adele Carr Financial Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Financial Transaction Coordinator to join their finance team in Runcorn. The role is a full-time office position with a salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum.

Main Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and reconcile delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders.

• Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger.

• Liaise with suppliers regarding orders and ensure accurate pricing.

• File invoices and statements, and maintain records of all products and services.

• Reconcile invoices with delivery notes and assist with queries.

• Check prices of products and amend where necessary.

• Assist in raw material stock management.

• Answering telephone calls and responding to inquiries.

• Administer Indirect Purchase Orders for all departments through PO Manager.

• Execute operations as per SAGE compliance.
