Store Manager RoleWe're seeking a passionate and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Harrogate. As a Store Manager, you'll be the face of our Harrogate Sosandar store, taking pride in setting and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Be a brand ambassador for Sosandar, fostering an environment of passion, enthusiasm, and in-depth knowledge of the brand.
- Use visual merchandising to showcase the Sosandar brand and drive performance.
- Develop and drive in-store sales, continually identifying growth opportunities and positively impacting KPIs.
- Manage and control costs while influencing key commercial decisions.
- Coach and develop your team to deliver the highest standards.
- Build relationships with internal and external business partners.
- Be innovative, take ownership, and work with autonomy.
