Zeal Recruitment is seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to support a prominent contractor in managing an industrial project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure punctuality and proper attire of all site personnel.
  • Collaborate with another Site Supervisor to maintain workflow.
  • Enforce company Health & Safety regulations rigorously.
  • Communicate effectively with the Project Manager regarding any site issues.
  • Monitor project timelines to ensure adherence to schedules.
  • Guide site workers on daily tasks and objectives.
  • Operate a Telehandler for material handling.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Foster a supportive environment by mentoring site workers.

Required Qualifications:
  • SSSTS certification.
  • CSCS Card.
  • CPCS/NPORS Telehandler certification.
