About the Role

We're seeking a talented Restaurant Manager to lead our beautiful site in St Albans. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, training and inspiring a happy team, and driving business growth.

Megan's is an independently-owned, dog-friendly collection of over 20 neighbourhood restaurants open for brunch, lunch, dinner & cocktails. Requirements

We're looking for an ambitious Restaurant Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Ideally, you'll have worked in a similar full table service environment, but if you've got a different background, we'd love to hear from you. You'll need to be a natural leader, able to train and inspire a happy team, and drive business growth.
