Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a high-quality domestic cleaning service to meet the standards set by our company policy and best practices.
  • Undertake all necessary hygienic work practices to ensure a clean and safe environment for our residents.
  • Clean and protect various floor surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Ensure laundry services are effective and efficient, working in line with guidance and expectations.
  • Ensure the safe return of residents' personal possessions and laundry, labeled as directed.
  • Work with other staff to ensure the laundry service is effective and efficient.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
