Job Title: Counter Manager

Join our team of beauty experts at Benefit Cosmetics UK and take on the exciting role of Counter Manager. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading your team to success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Sales and Service: Drive sales growth through effective product demonstrations, beauty services, and repeat business.
  • Brow Services: Provide high-quality brow services, including waxing, tinting, and tweezing, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stock Management: Ensure the counter is always stocked with the latest products and report any stock concerns to the area manager.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with store and department managers, as well as area managers, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Administration: Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly administration tasks, and assist with area manager administration as needed.
  • Staff Rotas: Ensure staff rotas are completed fairly and on a monthly basis.
  • Hygiene and Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and hygienic counter and display area at all times.

  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve individual and counter targets.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to changing sales targets, customer needs, and store operations.
What We Offer:
