About the Role: Electrical Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by maintaining and repairing electrical systems.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Engineering Supervisor to enhance the skills of fellow technicians.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and promote best practices within the engineering department.
  • Oversee contractors to ensure their work adheres to established standards.
  • Diagnose electrical faults on machinery and conduct necessary maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct thorough Root Cause Analysis to prevent future equipment failures.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement within our operations.

Your Qualifications:

  • Possess a Level 3 Qualification in Electrical Engineering.
  • Hold a certification in the 16th, 17th, or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).
