Job Summary

Spark is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for business development, interviewing candidates, negotiating fees, and account managing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify new business opportunities
  • Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their suitability for client roles
  • Negotiate fees with clients to secure new business
  • Manage client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Utilize recruitment tools to source candidates and streamline the recruitment process

Requirements

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Drive and determination to succeed in a sales environment
  • Money motivation and ability to work towards targets
  • A hunger to learn and develop skills in recruitment
  • Resilience and ability to handle rejection
  • Prior sales or commercial experience is desirable
