Red Carpet Ready Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our retail operations, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of up to 9 individuals across varying shift times, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Oversee the efficient opening and closing of the store, ensuring all tasks are completed and customers are satisfied.
- Coordinate deliveries and dispatches, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Proven experience in retail management, with a strong track record of sales growth and customer service excellence.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and to adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software and IT systems.
