About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our team at Lloyds Banking Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions to enhance our Salesforce platform, ensuring compliance with IT policies, and managing smaller Salesforce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement solutions to deliver enhanced Salesforce functionality
  • Ensure compliance of the Salesforce platform with IT policies, including security, data protection, and change management
  • Manage smaller Salesforce initiatives to ensure timely delivery
  • Define and monitor the Salesforce roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales and Service Cloud, with certification as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with effective stakeholder relationship management
  • Experience in designing and implementing solutions to deliver enhanced Salesforce functionality
  • Experience in managing the Salesforce release process, including peer review and testing
Desirable Skills
  • Experience in implementing Salesforce Analytics or Communities/Experience Cloud or Marketing Cloud
  • Understanding and defining user requirements
  • Understanding of 'no-code' applications and ability to break down problems into logical increments
