Job Title: Director, Growth Enablement

Job Summary:

The Director of Growth Enablement will be responsible for leading the growth enablement and operations team, ensuring the strategic and operational execution of activities designed to improve response delivery for RFIs/RFPs and enhance overall company growth. This role will collaborate closely with various departments to enhance operational efficiencies, manage project workflows, and contribute to high-priority campaigns and content development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Support: Assist with the management of all growth enablement and operations activities, including the implementation of new SOPs and addressing operational roadblocks to optimize workflows.
  • Project Management: Coordinate the execution of RFI/RFP processes, ensuring that all projects are delivered efficiently and align with strategic goals. Oversee the preparation and review of capability presentations and provide support in high-level RFI/RFP responses.
  • Resource Management: Oversee and allocate human and material resources across projects to ensure optimal deployment in line with project goals and deadlines. Manage scheduling, forecasting, and reallocation of personnel and resources to meet changing project demands and priorities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing to support the development and implementation of campaigns and evergreen content. Liaise with Sales Ops to monitor industry trends and analyze data, thereby aiding in strategic decision-making to boost win rates.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Manage a team of Group Directors, guiding their professional development and ensuring their performance aligns with departmental goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a secondary contact for key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Manage specific reporting requests and maintain comprehensive records of all operational data and project outcomes to support continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with clients within the life sciences industry.
  • Previous experience working in and supporting teams in a marketing/advertising agency.
  • Requires 10+ years of related experience with RFI/RFP process with ownership over process success.
  • Advanced deep understanding of the RFI/RFP process, operations, and opportunities; Ability to develop strategies and policies to improve department and team performance and efficiency.
  • Requires previous experience in managing and executing the RFI/RFP process with multiple direct reports and ownership over a capability area.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline. A postgraduate qualification or relevant professional certification would be advantageous.
