About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team at Tomfoolery London as a Sales Associate and Assistant Gallery Coordinator. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Serving customers and providing expert knowledge on our range of contemporary jewelry
- Assisting the gallery coordinator with inventory management, including ordering, checking in, and preparing stock for display
- Supporting the store manager with visual merchandising and maintaining a tidy and inviting store environment
- Processing web orders and ensuring timely and professional communication with customers
- Providing repair services and responding to customer inquiries
- Ensuring security processes are followed and maintaining a secure store environment
Requirements
- Essential: Jewelry making and stone knowledge, customer service experience, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
- Desirable: Previous experience in similar roles or companies, basic Photoshop skills, and interest in jewelry design
Working Hours
Part-time, minimum of two to three days per week, including weekends
