We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our relief team as a Relief Nursery Practitioner at Childbase Partnership. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the on-going success of our company. As a Relief Nursery Practitioner, you will provide relief cover for team holidays, training, and other staff leave, working with all age groups (0-5 years) across the nursery.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
- Work with all age groups across the nursery, including babies, toddlers, and preschoolers.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of engaging and educational activities.
- Support the nursery team in maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and children.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Naturally nurturing, caring, and compassionate to others.
- Some experience of caring for children under five, ideally in a nursery environment.
- An interest in child development and how children learn.
- Ability to be a positive role model to the children in their care.
- Enjoy contributing within a busy, team environment.
